Paul has been in agency all of his working life, dealing with Residential Sales & Lettings but also dealing with Commercial property for retained clients. Paul has dealt with many planning issues during his career and has been involved with development and construction in building from 1-70 houses. This wealth of experience has therefore given Paul detailed insight into housing and construction, which greatly assists when valuing, selling and dealing with construction issues that may arise during the sale process.
Paul oversees both our Swanage and Westbourne offices and will regularly be seen on the chain ferry!
Simon has over 30 years’ experience in the Dorset property market. Having sold his estate agency ‘across the pond’ earlier this year, Simon sought a fresh challenge, and when the opportunity arose to join Albury and Hall and work across the Isle Of Purbeck, this was simply too good an opportunity to miss! Married with a family, Simon is a member of the Historic Kington Lacy Cricket Club and is walking the South West Coastal Path. Simon added ‘I am looking forward very much to helping all at Albury and Hall continue their impressive start to life in Swanage.’
Lynne Spencer Duncan
Lynne has worked for many years in a property agency dealing with all aspect of sales and lettings and has a wealth of knowledge. Specialising in Sales Progression, Lynne will ensure that all aspects of your sale will be handled carefully and thoroughly to avoid any foreseeable problem. Lynne is a ‘problem solver’, which is an essential part of buying a property, and she will be a ‘go between’ on your behalf liaising between buyer/seller and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction.
Jacky has the enviable task of keeping all departments organised ensuring administration is kept in order including website and all marketing, along with accounts.
